Keza, from the native language of Rwanda, means beautiful. Keza Living is simply…“Beautiful Living”!

Hi! My name is Dan! I created the Keza Living brand because I want you to experience some beautiful living of your own!

I have a very close connection to Rwanda as a past non-profit director that has supported impoverished children in Rwanda, Africa for over 15 years. This experience in being selfless is something I want to bring to the real estate industry and I will continue to support nonprofits in any way possible.

I guide and advise my clients with honesty, transparency, and make the process easy and understandable. Having owned homes as a single guy and now with a family, I understand the unique needs of growing families and of those seeking to upgrade from renting to ownership, expanding into a larger home, or just looking to invest in a second or third home. You will find working with me will show you that I work hard for my clients. I am very passionate with what I love, and I take pride in achieving my clients’ real estate goals. I will be YOUR Real Estate consultant and advocate for YOUR best interests, not mine! I enjoy making work fun but also keep it professional. My unique background in business and nonprofit management gives my clients confidence that I know what I’m doing and I’m highly informed and capable in the execution of any transaction. From the first introduction, I am very easy to get to know with a relaxed approach and by the time the transaction is complete, you will be left feeling relieved that the whole process was enjoyable! I was born and raised in Virginia and moved to Colorado in 2000 after finishing college at Virginia Tech. I am now happily living in Golden, Colorado as an avid trail runner, mountain biker, snowboarder, husband, and father of two!
